No. We permit one account per individual. Opening multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or payment methods is against our terms and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture. Payments and transactions

If a deposit attempt fails—for example, your bank declines the transaction or your DANA or e-wallet balance is insufficient—the funds remain in your bank account or mobile wallet and are not charged to your voctoto balance. Your deposit will show as "failed" in your transaction history. Wait a few minutes, then retry using the same payment method or a different one (e.g., mobile banking instead of local payment, or online payment instead of direct bank transfer). If you are charged but your voctoto balance does not reflect the deposit, contact support with your transaction reference number. Withdrawal requests to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking typically process within a few hours on business days. Direct bank transfers to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking may take one to two business days, depending on your bank's processing time. Weekend and holiday withdrawals (e.g., during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) may take longer. Your withdrawal status appears in the "Transactions" section of your voctoto account. If your withdrawal has not arrived after the stated window, check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact voctoto support with your withdrawal reference number.

Our voctoto weekly cashback offer returns a percentage of net losses (losses minus wins) on eligible game types during a calendar week. The cashback rate and eligible games are displayed in the "Promotions" section of your account. Cashback is credited to your voctoto balance automatically on Monday mornings (Indonesia time) if you qualify. Minimum account activity thresholds may apply.
